How do you remove the rear subwoofer in a 2002 ford explorer sport?

The subwoofer in the back of my 2002 ford explorer sport broke and I cannot get it out of the hole it is in. I removed all of the screws and tried prying it out with a hammer and still cannot get it out. Any ideas on how to remove it? Does it require any factory tools to get it out?|||You're missing one screw: it goes through the back of the subwoofer enclosure and into the center of the sub's back plate. To remove the sub, you need to take off the entire rear side panel and pull the enclosure out so you can get to the back. Stupid design, eh?
