Where is the fuel pump reset button located on a 1994 Ford Thunderbird?

I have a '94 Ford Thunderbird and key remote seems to set off the alarm occasionally and the car won't start. It was suggested that I press the fuel reset button which should be located in the trunk on the left side. I notice an apparatus there but there does not appear to be a (red) button to depress. Is there a reset button on this type of car?|||The fuel cut-off switch is an inertia switch. The only way it would need to be reset is if the car was hit hard enough to trip it. Your problem would more than likely be with your anti-theft system.|||ford used to put the reset switch in the trunk, mounted to one of the wheel wells behind the carpeting, not sure if thats where it is on the t bird or not.|||Yes..like the trunk as you mentioned..but they are also put behind the ''kick panel'' near the front passenger floorboard. The actual switch may not be red...but cycle the switch a time or two..(it's a circuit breaker) and put it in the same position you found it.

Unless the switch is faulty, your car should run.
