How hard is it to upgrade to electronic distributor in my '67 ford?

I have a 1967 Ford F250 with a 352 medium-block motor.

I want to get rid of the points, and upgrade to a more accurate distributor. What is the best way to do this?

Are there any newer stock Ford distributors that would work...If not, what is the best aftermarket brand (Most reliable).

Thanks|||Cake the part is called Pertronics it screw into the same place as the point on the distributer and converts it te electronic ignotion.|||Go to jeg's.com or summit racing, they have dozens of options for msd or electronic ignition conversion.|||There should be a fairly simple drop-in replacement upgrade distributor ( but I'm used to dealing with Chevy and AMC, not Ford ). Some simple Internet research should find you an answer.
