Does Ford let companies with fleets do their own warranty work?

Some companies, with large fleets of vehicles, have their own service and maintenance departments. Does Ford Motor Company have a program set up for these companies to perform their own warranty repairs? If so, where can I find more information about that program?|||To my knowledge, NO. Since the builder is fully responsible for the defect, it must be corrected by the same, and to document the repair or recall of the vehicle. This way it insures that the work was done to the manufacturer's standards and the proper parts were installed. Even companies like Hertz and Avis have to take cars back to the local dealers when a Recall is issued and a warranty problem arises.

I know this because of Avis is being sued by a family for NOT getting a recalled vehicle into a Ford center, and the car went up in flames killing the person renting the defective car. Avis knew that the car was under Recall and just didn't want to take the car out of service because it would lose too much money from it's rental value.
