1994 Ford Econoline Idles rough at start up and smells like gas?

1994 ford econoline full size van starts up but smells like gas and idles rough and low. Once warmed up though runs like a top. Any ideas on the problem?|||Might be the choke setting|||get under there and look, it may be a leaky injector and can catch fire!..|||Sell it
