How do i disable or bypass the theft system on a 2000 Ford Mustang?

I purchased a remote starter kit / alarm and the remote start works, but the new keyfob that came with the new remote start kit will not unlock and lock the doors or open the trunk. The original ford Keyfob still does these operations. I want to disable the ford factory system so that my new remote start / alarm kit will unlock, lock, and pop the trunk on the car. Please help!|||i had a 99 mustang gt, i had it done on mine they had to cut the factory wires for the door locks and the trunk . unless you have experience with the mustang wiring i would not mess with. much less of a headach in the long run. take it to a pro shop.
