How would I ship out ford running boards?

I am planning on selling my 97 ford expedition running boards. The only thing is I dont know how I would send them. Would USPS have a box big enough for them?|||go to the ups store, they got it all and will help you box it and ship it.|||FED EX cheapest way to go!|||I would use UPS
